Thanks to this kit, the exhaust problems of your Panhead or Shovelhead are now long gone. this is not a simple and quick fix but a very good solution. The aluminium flange needs to be welded up your exhaust port. Then you can mount the stainless steel flange with 3 bolts. The set comes complete.
