New Return Policy

It is finally here! Our new and improved return policy and procedure.

We strive to continuously improve our services so that you (our customers) can have the best possible shopping experience with us!

Over the last month or so we have been setting up new rules and a new way on how to make returns easier and as hassle free as possible.

In this blog you can find the main changes that we made. Or simply click on our return policy as seen on the picture below and read all about it.

So what changed?

  • 14 days -> 30 days

    • We increase our 'no questions asked' return period from 14 to 30 days to give you a little bit more freedom in deciding whether our products actually fit your project. Also, we know that sometimes you need to make an appointment with your garage and 14 days might be a little bit short. So we hope this change helps ;)

  • Returnless integration

    • We started working with 'Returnless' return portal to give you an easier way of registering your returns with us!

    • The system will also automatically generate you a return shipping label, which we find super handy.

  • New Returns pricing system

    • We created a new system of pricing for returns, depending on where you are from. The list of countries with prices can be found in our return policy page.

    • However, you are not going to be charged a single cent upfront! We offer you a shipping label after you register your return through our new portal. Afterwards, the costs associated with your return are subtracted from the refunded amount. For example, consider a scenario when you would like to return products that you bought for 50 euro from us. The return costs for your country are 5 euro. You get a free return label from us and if everything is well you will receive a refund of 45 euro.

  • Countries outside of European Union

    • Unfortunately our new return system does not yet work for countries outside the European Union. This is because we cannot make an automatic shipping label from those countries. We are working hard to solve this issue, to be able to offer our Non-EU customers a great return service as well :)

    • In the meantime, if you would like to return products to us from outside the EU, please send us an email to [email protected] and we will provide you instructions on how to do it.
