Shipments and delays

We ship our packages using professional companies.
Because we always use a box and do not ship with letter post, we can guarantee good shipping and an excellent tracking method. During the trip you will be kept informed by updates via email.

The costs are determined by the dimensions of the package and the country to which it will be shipped. The website will calculate the costs for you during the check out. We do this so that you will not be faced with surprises. You can decide on the basis of price whether you want to continue the sale or not.

We use very competitive rates when it comes to shipping. We have made good agreements with the shipping companies so that we can always charge competitive prices.

If there is a small delay, this may be because it is busy at customs. This does not mean that the package will not come. This is a short waiting period before entering the destination country.

Sometimes you receive a delivery confirmation while the package has not yet arrived. That can sometimes happen. Unfortunately, you are not the first person this has happened to. We have a lot of experience in this and we know that the package will be delivered within a few hours or days.

When there is a delay:

Although we do our very best to do it all as efficiently as possible, sometimes something goes wrong with the post. This can have several causes. You may not have received a shipping confirmation yet. This probably means that your product is not yet available. Go to the product page and look at the expected delivery time. If you have already passed this period, there may be something wrong with the delivery. Please contact customer service.

If you have received a shipping confirmation, you can consult the track and trace to see what the current status of your shipment is. If the package is on its way without any details, you can expect it to be delivered within a few days.

Customs can also cause delays. If there is a small delay, this may be because it is busy at customs. This does not mean that the package will not come. This is a short waiting period before entering the destination country. Customs is legally allowed to keep a package waiting for up to about 60 days.
