What is Target Ride Length?

Target ride length refers to the shock length once installed and loaded as the bike will actually be ridden. With the rider in the saddle and any added luggage or passenger. Adjust spring preload up or down as needed to reach this target length.

Which shock is for you?

• Standard Duty Shocks: are for light-weight individuals, where both rider and passenger are light weight. For those whose combined rider weights up to 250 lbs / 113kg. Heavy Duty shocks or springs will give them a harsh ride.
• Heavy Duty Shocks: are for body-builders type individuals or for those who carry heavy baggage, where both rider and passenger combined weight is 250 lbs / 113kg to 350 lbs / 159kg. These shocks are best for where bike is operated at manufacturers maximum load rating over 50% of the time.
• Super Heavy Duty Shocks: are for heavy-weight individuals or for those who carry heavy baggage, where both rider and passenger combined weight is 350 lbs /159kg and up.
