This rear fender is designed for bobber-style conversions running the original 150/80-16 rear tire on the OEM rim. It is manufactured from 2 mm steel sheet using a deep-drawing process combined with precision 3D laser cutting, then TIG-welded in dedicated fixtures for a rigid, twist-resistant structure. Welded stainless steel mounting sleeves add further strength, and the fender attaches via a specially engineered fastening system that requires no welding or paintwork on the swingarm. Mounting hardware and detailed installation instructions are included.
