Every now and then, a custom build appears that feels less like a modified bike and more like a total rebuild. The bikes featured here change traditional Royal Enfield structures into something more personal and expressive.
In this article, we'll take a closer look at two different builds: the 'Suparna,' a Chop-Bob based on the 2014 Royal Enfield Classic 350, and a stretched, old-school Chopper built from the classic 500.
‘Suparna’ Based on Royal Enfield Classic 350
This 2014 Royal Enfield Classic 350 has been rebuilt with a clear vision into a true old-school Chop-Bob, blending the vintage character with stunning craftsmanship. It has been carefully customized to express the classic bobber attitude in a way that feels natural.
The Suparna sits on chunky 5x18 Timsun bobber tyres, giving it a wide, stable stance. From the side, it has the classic hardtail bobber appearance, low, clean, and stretched. However, it has a hidden rear suspension, allowing the rider to keep the raw and rigid look, without sacrificing comfort on the road.

At the front of the bike, the springer fork offers the raw, mechanical feel you would expect from an old-school build. With tall ape-style handlebars, the riding position is strong and confident. This setup helps to make cruising feel more natural.

The tank truly ties the entire bike together. The sculpted balloon-style bobber tank is painted in deep gloss black, mirror chrome and silver accents, highlighted with regal gold detailing. The hand-painted golden wings on the tank add character and symbolise motion, freedom and old-school rebellion.

Subtle details are what make the build feel complete. The bike features:
- Custom knurled foot pegs and grips with warm brass accents
- Ribbed front and read mudguards with mechanical texture
- Rounded, clean side panels that have been sculpted to complement the frame
- Hand-built metal wings on the fender to match the tank artwork
- Custom brass taillight that offers a vintage character
- Triangular old-school headlight that fits perfectly with the retro spirit of the bike

This Chop-Bob is the kind of build in which you discover a new detail each time you walk around it. More than anything, it was created with patience, intention and a real appreciation for classic bobber style.
Chopper Based on Royal Enfield Classic 500
This Chopper started out as a Royal Enfield Classic 500. It has been stripped down and stretched out into a true chopper, an interpretation of raw mechanical art.
A 21-inch wheel with a custom springer fork sits up front giving the bike a tall, classic chopper look. It gives off an old-school character the moment you first look at it. The 5x16 rear maintains the back end tight and solid, making the chopper look proportionate rather than overdone. The drag handlebar puts the rider in a low, aggressive posture, providing the riding position a little edge without making it uncomfortable.

The tank is what truly draws you in. It is a unique balloon-shaped fuel tank. The custom paint job is a striking multi-shade finish with eight to nine blended tones. The rest of the chopper is black and understated, but the tank stands out in a quiet, but powerful way.

Brass detailing can be noticed throughout the bike, the knurled handgrips, gear pedal and brake components are all carefully crafter and detailed to add character and warmth. Even the engine components have subtle brown highlights to maintaining the raw metal feel while adding depth to the build.

The seat transitions smoothly into a hand-built sissy bar, maintaining the iconic chopper line from front to back. The fishtail exhausts at the rear complete the vintage aesthetic. With classic bobber-stye tyres, the bike sits low and lean, looking ready for take off even when parked.

This chopper shows that it was built by someone who enjoys the technical side of bikes and wants to keep things interesting, balanced and true to old-school chopper roots.
