The S&S single bore tuned induction system is a very cool looking and brings a healthy boost to the midrange torque. The maximum horsepower is also increased. The tuned system delivers even more horsepower than the popular S&S teardrop air filters. Power increases are noticeable on both standard and tuned engines.

The heart of the single bore tuned induction system is the dual runner, 2-in-1 intake. The tuned runs are very similar in appearance to the dual runner intake for our dual bore induction system, but the design allows for more flexibility.

Instead of mounting the bolts directly to a throttle body, the runners of the single bore induction come together in a smooth, current-enhancing curve. The total unit is bolted to an adapter bracket.

Due to the range of different adapter brackets, the intake is suitable for many types of Harley Davidson. The Single Bore Tuned Induction System is available in chrome, wrinkled black powder coating or natural finish for customers who want to apply their own cosmetic treatment. Kits for 2008 to mount current Touring models are designed to be attached directly to the ETC throttle body without an adapter bracket and include a black cover to hide the throttle body from view.

Kits for all other models are actually composed of two kits: one with the induction runners and filter, the other with the adapter bracket, venting and the necessary hardware.
